Jason C. Lane

With more than two decades of dedicated legal experience, Jason brings seasoned judgment, strategic insight, and a solutions‑driven mindset to every client he serves. A proud graduate of The University of Georgia, where he earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Juris Doctor, Jason has long demonstrated a deep understanding of the intersection between business and the law. His career reflects a consistent commitment to problem‑solving, client service, and practical, results‑oriented counsel.

Jason’s professional journey includes influential in‑house and advisory roles across several major companies. At UPS Supply Chain Solutions, he supported global transportation and logistics initiatives for UPS’s customers, negotiated complex commercial agreements, and advised on operational strategy and transactional compliance across international markets. During his time with The Home Depot, Jason partnered closely with the Supply Chain organization, structuring contracts and supporting initiatives that strengthened nationwide and global distribution, vendor relationships, and overall business performance. At Chewy, he led the Commercial Transactions legal team, advising internal stakeholders on e‑commerce, fulfillment and delivery operations, merchandising, procurement, real estate and broader business operations—helping the company scale rapidly while maintaining regulatory and operational integrity. Earlier in his career, Jason served as Associate Director for Legal Affairs at the University of Georgia and practiced with a private real estate law firm in Atlanta, Trey Inman & Associates, where he focused on residential closings.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful, strategic approach, Jason excels at delivering tailored legal solutions that reflect each client’s unique goals. He prioritizes clear communication and collaboration, ensuring clients remain informed, empowered, and engaged throughout the legal process.

Outside of his practice, Jason enjoys cheering on the University of Georgia athletic teams (Go Dawgs!), traveling the world, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with his family, friends, and toy fox terrier.

Candice “Candi” Carlson

As a dedicated and proficient Paralegal and Office Manager, Candi brings over a decade of experience in administrative support to her role. With a strong background in research, case management, and client relations, Candi excels in creating efficient, organized, and effective work environments.

Candi’s meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills ensure that all legal documentation is accurate, timely, and in compliance with regulations. Her ability to juggle multiple tasks, from scheduling and coordinating meetings to managing office operations, demonstrates her exceptional multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

With an understanding of procedures, Candi provides invaluable support to attorneys, drafting legal documents, conducting thorough research, and maintaining client confidentiality. Her proactive approach and strong communication skills make her an essential asset to any legal team.

Outside of her professional life, Candi is passionate about continuous learning and enjoys attending workshops and seminars to stay updated on the latest legal trends and office management best practices. In her free time, she loves going to craft shows where she sells handmade home decor, football, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
